They even have the option to request additional assistance from the driver, such as changing a tire, towing their car, or starting the engine. If time is of the essence, users can opt to increase the fare to expedite the arrival time. Additionally, there is an option to request change for larger denomination notes.

The order status is continuously updated, enabling users to plan their actions accordingly. Key information about the driver, including name, vehicle make, license plate number, and real-time location on a map, along with estimated time of arrival, is displayed within the application. If necessary, users can easily contact the driver by making a phone call or sending a text message.
